Objectives: 

  • To deploy tactical elements of PR to areas such as media and community relations, corporate communications, issues management and crisis communications

Outcomes: 

  • Ability to manage the organizational message, disseminate information, defuse volatile situations, and protect corporate identity or brand
  • Ability to adapt traditional communication strategies for digital impact
  • Ability to better anticipate crises, develop a crisis communication plan, and take responsible action
  • Ability to apply PR strategies across a wide organizational spectrum, including corporate, NGOs, government, education, sports, and entertainment agencies.
