  • To introduce the basics of project management including project initiation, planning, controlling, implementation and closure

Outcomes: 

  • Identification of key phases in the project life cycle
  • Ability to identify: a project's objectives, roles and responsibilities of key individuals (i.e. project manager), terms of client and stakeholder(s), characteristics of a successful project
  • Understanding of tools and techniques required to manage a successful planning and implementation process
