Management Certificate Program
The Management Certificate Program is designed for individuals who want to develop their professional skills and further their career. It prepares them to take on management and leadership roles in their organization.
Objectives:
- To provide instruction and essential skills training necessary for success in today's competitive market
Outcomes:
- Understanding of the major principles of business management and their interrelationships
- Familiarity with key concepts of organizational behaviour and the behaviour of individuals and groups in organizations

Articulation for Credit:
Graduates of the Management Certificate Program may be eligible for equivalent course credits towards an undergraduate degree at The University of Winnipeg.
