Manitoba is renowned for its diversity of cultures. This diversity is reflected in our workforce and includes people of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit and non-status origin. Aboriginal people have a rich culture that can contribute greatly to the well-being of an organization. This hands-on workshop will provide participants with an understanding of Aboriginal culture that will be useful to those who work with or recruit Aboriginal people.

Objectives: 

The seminar will be of interest to human resources professionals, managers, practitioners and advisors with responsibility for, or interest in Aboriginal employment and related service, as well as to those who work as managers or leaders in Aboriginal Communities.
