Certified Payroll Management Program (CPMP)
Classroom instruction of core payroll courses provided by Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) along with The University of Winnipeg Division of Continuing Education (UWDCE).
UWDCE also offers all compulsory and elective courses necessary to achieve each of the CPA certification levels.

CERTIFIED PAYROLL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM LEVELS
The Canadian Payroll Association began implementing the new certification program in September 2005. The Certified Payroll Management Program (CPMP) consists of two certification levels. The first is Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP). The second level is Certified Payroll Manager (CPM). Certification is achieved upon completion of the stated requirements below. Certification is maintained through professional membership and Continuing Professional Education credits.
