Career And Employment Coach Certificate (CECC) Program
CECC is a joint program between the Winnipeg Transition Centre (WTC) and The University of Winnipeg Division of Continuing Education.
The CECC is made up of 4 two-day workshops. These are: Resume Development Coach, Career Planning Coach, Job Search Coach and Interview Skills Coach.
Objectives:
- To develop and practice the coaching skills required to assist individuals or groups with employment transition skills.
Outcomes:
- Acquire resources, coaching skills, peer network contacts, recognized certification and effective solutions to dealing with difficult participants and situations.
