Business analysis is an essential component of project success within an organization that defines what initiatives should be undertaken to provide value to the business. This course will expose students to concepts, systems, tools, and methodologies to help identify, analyze and document business requirements for recommendations to management.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
