  • Although the field of marketing itself is not new, the challenges faced by the industry are significant: globalization, technology, more services versus products, a growing non-profit sector and the pace of change are impacting the field. Marketers today need a much wider variety of skills than those in the past. All organizations require marketing activities to take place and marketing-related positions become more complex as the organization grows.

  • Effective managers recognize the need for business analysts to accurately analyze, document, and gain approval of business requirements before the development of applications can begin. They recognize that an effective business analyst can deliver real business benefits - usable software, shorter life cycles, lower budgets, and shorter time to market. An industry definition of the business analyst's role, distinct from that of the project manager, is emerging as organizations recognize and quantify the benefits associated with the particular body of knowledge that these specialists bring to each project.

Organizations are realizing that the role of a Business Analyst is critical to successful projects and the business analysis field is soaring.  To take advantage of this hot market or to advance your career in your organization, our Masters Certificate in Business Analysis builds the knowledge and skills of a successful and sought after Business Analyst - a competent and confident professional who achieves successful business solutions and satisfied customers.

If you are looking to move into a business analyst role, or enhance your creativity, innovation and critical thinking skills, the Masters Certificate in Business Analysis is the superior choice for you.
