Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and assessed on the merits of the following:
- Academic transcripts

- References
Do I need health care coverage while I am studying in Canada?
All international students must have the appropriate health insurance coverage during their stay in Canada and purchase their health insurance through the UWDCE Registration Office by the first day of class. More information about health insurance is available upon request.
Should I identify a physical or learning disability or a chronic medical condition?
The UWDCE asks you to identify any learning or physical disability, or chronic medical condition that may impact on your studies or require services or accommodations.
