Khal is a technical specialist and creator of web-related technologies and national streaming media, with an extensive background in the software life cycle and broadcast-industry. Bringing over 10 years experience in implementing national online web applications, Khal currently specializes as a producer of Serious Games, Web 2.0 applications CMS, Flash / Database integration, and immersive learning systems. From 2000-2005, Khal was a Senior Developer at CBC.ca in Toronto, and has won numerous awards for new media and interactive development.

Industry Experience
Khal and Project Whitecard are currently focused on developing the NASA Massively Multiplayer Online Game, Astronaut: Moon, Mars and Beyond. The NASA MMO is unprecedented in scale and vision, delivering much needed Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics learning, inspiring and educating the next generation of scientists (and astronauts!). Project Whitecard competed with over 170 companies from around the world through four rounds to win the rights to develop the official NASA game with two U.S. partner companies. Other current projects include development of a proprietary Learning Management System, a large scale virtual workplace training environment, a smaller space-based educational game, and several confidential developments.
