Prerequisites

Web Design Level 7: XML

Objectives: 

  • Flash is an application for creating on-line multimedia content
  • Students will learn how to navigate the Flash interface, use the drawing and text tools, create animations, import sounds and graphics, optimize Flash movies and publish the necessary files for display on the Web

Outcomes: 

  • Knowledge of how to use the Flash drawing tools
  • Working knowledge of the Flash work environment
  • An understanding of the vector graphics in Flash
  • The skills necessary to create animations ?in Flash
  • Knowledge of how to use Flash to publish content for the Web
  • Knowledge of how different symbols and objects work in Flash
