This course will teach the student how to create and edit web pages by hand, using the current industry standard of XHTML (eXtensible HyperText Markup Language) 1.0 Transitional markup.

Prerequisites

For Web Design Certificate students, Level 2: Web Design Principles or equivalent is the prerequisite for this course.
For Web Development Diploma students, Programming Technologies 1.1 and Unix Administrator Level 1 are prerequisites for this course.
