This course examines the IP address allocations and uses in classfull or classless TCP/IP Networks.

Objectives: 

  • To explore technologies and topologies affecting Internet routing and networking management, and efficient use of Domain Name Service (DNS), IP addressing, subnets and masks

Outcomes: 

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Explain how Binary and Hex code works
  • Explain how to use Classfull subnetting
  • Demonstrate subnetting networks with classless subnetting
