- This seminar will cover the necessity of backing your data, explore the ways that users lose their data, and the weaknesses that others might exploit to steal your data.
- We’ll discuss the components of a successful Data Disaster Management Plan and examine different backup media to help you determine which backup system is best for you.

- explain the differences between local on-site and off-site backups,
- explain the differences between daily, weekly, and monthly backups,
- understand manual vs. automated backups,

- apply encryption options for sensitive data,
- understand backup vs. RAID and the concepts of fault-tolerant solutions,
- verify backups and understand redundant backup media,

- use best practices, tips, and tricks.
