  • Educational Assistant Diploma Program (Part-time)

    Through the Educational Assistant Diploma Program (EADP) at The University of Winnipeg Division of Continuing Education, you will gain both the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to become a confident and effective presence in the classroom.  Since its inception in 1987,  the Educational Assistant Diploma Program has provided innovative and valuable  training for students, as well as for qualified and knowledgeable educational assistants, in our school system. The program focuses on the role of the educational assistant within the learning system.

  • International Languages Program

    In a global market, linguistic know how translates into opportunity. And learning the language enhances understanding and enjoyment of a culture like nothing else.   • Introduction to University Program

    This course will provide useful, practical strategies for reading texts, taking notes, getting the most out of lectures, studying for exams and writing term papers.  You will gain an understanding of the key elements involved in effective listening, various learning styles, memory enhancement, and time management.  This course will also help you understand your individual learning preferences and style.
